i was browsing youtube the other day when i came across this song by miley cyrus. i'm not a big fan of her but i decided to give it a try anyway. and hey! apparently the song's not bad at all. and i really love the father-child atmosphere she and her dad projects, like the "close-but-not-so-much-a-daddy's-little-girl" kind of aura. Here, take a look at the video, wait for 3:08 till it ends, and you'll get what i mean. :)
Butterfly Fly Away- Miley Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus
Anyway, this song invoked a really sad feeling inside me, that sad feeling where you just realise how much you really miss your family back home. and how unfortunate it is for you to have missed all the good times you could have instead spent together with them. and so an accidental tear glide its way down my cheek when i was on the bus the other day. gaahhh
glad i was traveling by myself that night! haha
oh and for a more obvious comparison for why it truly is a "butterfly fly away" case, you can compare how Billy was giving much more assurance to little Miley in this video, as compared to the previous one. hee hee i kind of love this pair really.
I also find this guy called "sam tsui" quite lovely, his voice that is more suitably, which is so lovely. here here watch one or two videos of this talented, sweet looking boy. oh dear dear..you make me want to sing along so..
~wish me luck for my prelims, I'm gonna ace them all. YAY!!

i recently came across a collection on Polyvore made by "sparkles of cream" (not real name), a make-up artist from the states. And it really showed me how interesting make-ups can be,
maybe you'd like to see it?

anyway, i especially like the plain cream/beige one and the black one. They are simple yet sexy with gorgeous neckline :)
and i'm also craving for these pretty little treats!
and braids! they are definitely an ideal hairdo this season, at least for me; how about you?? what's your 'in' hairstyle?
anyway, wedding dresses still appeal to me the most, they are so beautiful and I wish all hopeful ladies may get into their own perfect dress for their special day! I do believe that each dress has to be special in any desired way to each bride. After all, it is truly their special day!
kids! they are also entitled to enjoy the more fashionable options available nowadays, see here all the cute little dresses. Sister, if you are going to have a daughter and if I am going to have a daughter later, we should hunt for these together, yea? :D
lastly, I've always longed to have photographs of my own like these:
they are so quirkily adorable, I can't believe just how much I like the sense I get from those photos.
And I always love:
oh well they're just fab apparently and undeniably.
Yup! Guess that's all for the day.

Is there really one out there? Yes! I do think so. and I'm gonna get one. Ha!
"Just the way you are"
That's how it is, we'll love each other just the way we are.
Always have, always will. Forever and always.

Hey all! I was just browsing through the net the other day, and I bumped into this great reality television show called: "Cake Boss". Airing on TLC, it was set at Carlo's City Hall Bake Shop in Hoboken, New Jersey. The show stars Buddy Valastro, one of the most successful and renowned cake artists in the United States. He is the cake boss. He supervises a team that includes his mother, four older sisters and three brothers-in-law.
Just for your info, season one of the show premiered on April 19, 2009, and season two premiered on October 26, 2009. Season three premiered on May 31, 2010.
Here are some sneak peeks of the show:
This is the what the bake shop looks like from outside
This is Buddy
This is the interior of Carlo's Bake Shop on a busy holiday
This is one of the wondrous cakes they make
Anyway, if I could get the chance, and time, I would love to do an internship in one of these great bakeries, or cakeries especially. I mean, geez... looking at those details just make me feel like falling in love all over again! and I love to learn how to create those fabulous-looking and yummy cakes! (maybe for my families and friends in the future<3)
so I've categorized the cakes into a few categories and you can take a look at them here:
1. Cupcakes and small cakes
2. White wedding cakes
3. Other wedding cakes
4. Holiday cakes
5. Gregarious cakes
6. Mario cakes
7. Fun birthday cakes
yea that was all or THOSE..WERE ALL! haha don't they all look funnily delicious? the details are killing me! oh I guess I am falling in love! <3<3
